What is the cut-off time for next day delivery ?
The cut off time for placing a next day delivery is 11:59 pm.
Am I required to sign for my Delivery?
Yes, you must be present to sign for the delivery. The driver will check your driver's license then ask for your signature. By law, the receipt must match the recipient.
How do I pay?
Please choose Cash or Credit Card (3% process fee) at check out. Then you pay to our delivery employee.
Do you charge the delivery fee?
We charge a $5 flat-rate delivery fee for all orders.
How much should I tip?
The tip is not included. Tips are highly encouraged to keep our delivery team motivated. We are created to provide excellent service.

Return policy
All our products are tracked by government and due to the regulation return with refund or exchange is not allowed once the item is sold. While we care about the feeling and experience of our valued customers. So we may provide return with refund or exchange for defective products only. We also highly recommend our customers to check the items with our drivers to make sure everything is correct before making a payment. Thank you for your understanding.

I have membership but why am I only getting 10% off?
Membership gets 10% off on the original price. In another words the price you see is the discounted price. And additional 10% on next day delivery.
Is there a contract for membership?
No, you can cancel the membership anytime you want. No contract.
But there will be a $49 reactivation fee to reactive your membership.
Can I order without being a member?
Yes, and you will receive the same excellent service we offer. But not the wholesale price for cannabis.

28.5 grams of flower (1 ounce) or 8 grams of concentrates (including vaporizer cartridges and edibles) per business day.
How much can I order with a medical card?
28.5 grams of flower (1 ounce) or 64 grams of concentrates (including vaporizer cartridges and edibles) per business day.

County Cannabis: 10% recreational or 5% medical
Sales: 9.5%
How much will I save on taxes with a medical card?
5% on Tax.
